With dual Australian-Italian roots and a family background in the trade, he built and operated a wine import business in Australia — one of the world’s most demanding markets — gaining firsthand knowledge of what it takes to introduce Italian wines to buyers who have seen everything.
Navigating regulations, building distributor networks, managing logistics, convincing skeptical buyers with a glass rather than a brochure: that experience is the backbone of Dalmar Blue’s commercial approach. Giuseppe brings not just market knowledge, but a network and credibility that only comes from having done it.

Business Development, HR & Organization
Mattia brings the organizational intelligence. A business psychologist and senior consultant with over twenty years of experience, he has advised food and distribution leaders including Perfetti Van Melle, Lactalis, Pregel, Coop and Consorzio Parmigiano Reggiano. His HR and pharmaceutical trading background gives him a sharp understanding of the operational demands premium wine export shares with those industries. As Organizational Director at ISDRI, he coordinated cultural promotion initiatives targeting Russian and Central European markets — experience that sits at the heart of what Dalmar Blue is building.
